About Conduit Email
Conduit is a hosted SMTP→Webhook gateway that receives inbound email and delivers it to your application as signed HTTP POST requests. It eliminates polling and mail libraries by parsing messages, signing them with HMAC-SHA256 (X-Conduit-Signature), and forwarding them to your endpoint. Built-in SMTP retry behavior (returns 450 Temporary Failure on undeliverable requests), domain ownership verification via a DNS TXT record, and per-webhook rate limiting protect your app from lost messages and spikes.
