Guidance is a commercial CPG operations platform being rebuilt with food-brand design partners to turn structured conversations about products, suppliers, production, and channels into a configurable commercial system. It uses a shared data model so changes propagate across forecasting, BOMs, COGS, inventory and co‑packer workflows, and supports lot genealogy and recall readiness. Targeted at small-to-midsize CPG food brands seeking auditable costing, multi‑channel inventory visibility, and production/purchasing planning.
