About lumikey
lumikey converts MP3s, MIDI files or YouTube piano videos into an editable piano roll you can play along with on your Mac or PC. It transcribes audio locally (nothing leaves your machine), detects which hand and finger should play each note, highlights keys you hold, and supports MIDI keyboards or microphone input. Practice features include wait-for-hand modes, slow-down, looping, single-hand practice, manual transcript editing, and MIDI export. A mobile companion app for iPhone/Android/iPad syncs transcriptions over Wi‑Fi (coming soon).
