About riffpad

Riffpad connects CLI-based AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to your phone so you can watch progress, approve or reject actions, and steer sessions remotely. A local daemon on your machine captures agent streams and holds keys; an encrypted relay forwards zero-knowledge envelopes to your phone. Pair via QR (X25519 key exchange), approve file edits and commands in real time, and keep full custody of keys — no cloud access to your code or secrets.

Key Features

  • Watch and approve CLI AI agent actions from a phone in real time
  • Local daemon that wraps/attaches to agent sessions and stores keys locally
  • End-to-end encrypted, zero-knowledge relay—short encrypted hops with no cloud custody
  • Pair phone via QR and ephemeral session keys (X25519) to steer sessions and approve destructive actions
  • Supports common AI coding CLIs (Claude Code, Codex) and shows diffs, test results, and executed commands

Who is this for?

Developers using AI-powered CLI agents who want remote visibility and control (e.g., engineers using Claude Code, Codex, or similar tooling)
