SerpTrail is an open-source, self-hosted SEO and GEO rank tracker built with Ruby on Rails and SQLite. It captures and preserves historical Google search results and organic positions (including AI Overview citations), lets you track multiple sites, keywords and locations, configure check frequency and search depth, compare historical performance, and query historical data via an OpenAI-powered chat assistant. Requires a SerpApi account (and optional OpenAI API) for operation.
