About Skills Janitor
Skills Janitor is an open-source utility for cleaning and auditing Claude Code and OpenAI Codex skills. It inventories skills across user, project, codex, installed plugins, subagents, and MCP servers; surfaces duplicates, broken symlinks, unused or never-called MCP servers; provides usage counts from real session transcripts; reports honest token costs; and runs heuristic prompt-injection/security scans. Six zero-dependency commands (report, fix, value, security, discover, swipe) let you triage, auto-fix, and remove context-cluttering skills quickly, with backups for removed configs.
