What is a go-to-market (GTM) strategy?

The plan for how a product reaches and wins its target customers: audience, positioning, pricing, and channels.

A GTM plan answers who the customer is, what problem you solve for them, how you'll reach them, and how they'll buy.

Early-stage GTM is usually about finding one channel that works before adding more.

Why it matters when you launch

A launch is one GTM moment, not the whole strategy. Plan what happens in the weeks after launch day too.
